Strength, Sisterhood & Sound Healing: Inside Our B40 Wellness Event

This past Saturday, Babes Over 40 hosted one of our most meaningful wellness events yet—a beautiful morning filled with movement, mindfulness, connection, and community.

Over 20 incredible women joined us for a rejuvenating Pilates and sound healing experience at the beautiful Yaya Coastal Cuisine in Miami. From the moment everyone arrived, there was an undeniable energy in the air. Women from all walks of life came together with a common goal: to invest in themselves, prioritize their well-being, and connect with other like-minded women.

The morning began with an uplifting Pilates session designed to strengthen and energize the body, followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing experience that allowed everyone to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. What made the event truly special wasn’t just the wellness activities—it was the genuine connections that were formed throughout the day.

Following the class, the ladies gathered for a beautiful brunch where conversations flowed effortlessly. New friendships were created, phone numbers were exchanged, stories were shared, and laughter filled the room. Watching women who had never met before leave feeling connected, supported, and inspired is exactly why Babes Over 40 was created.

At B40, we believe wellness extends far beyond fitness. It’s about community. It’s about finding your tribe. It’s about creating space for women over 40 to show up authentically, support one another, and build meaningful relationships while prioritizing their physical and mental well-being.

The overwhelming response to this event reminds us that there is a real need for connection, especially during this stage of life. We are so grateful to every woman who attended and helped make the day such a success.

If this event taught us anything, it’s that when women come together with open hearts and positive energy, something truly magical happens.
