Our Babes Over 40 spinning event was more than just a workout—it was a powerful reminder of what happens when women come together. The energy in the room was uplifting, supportive, and full of encouragement from start to finish.

Women showed up for themselves, pushed through the ride, and supported one another every step of the way. What started as a fitness class quickly turned into connection, laughter, and new friendships. There was no judgment—only women lifting each other up and leaving feeling stronger, happier, and inspired.

This is exactly why Babes Over 40 exists: to create a space where women feel supported, empowered, and reminded they are not alone. I’m so grateful for every woman who came out and made this event so special—and this is just the beginning 💕
